The 12 Days of PXmas – Day Three

Moving onto the third day of The 12 Days of PXmas, we would like to introduce you to 3 of the most well known bodegas in the DO Montilla-Moriles. These bodegas are part of the wine route of Montilla-Moriles and are well worth a visit. So much so we have been to each of them 3 times so far.

We start with Perez Barquero in Montilla which was the 1st ever bodega we visited in Spain back in September 2014, let alone Montilla-Moriles which we reviewed here.

Next up is Bodegas Alvear in Montilla, the oldest bodega in Andalucia and 2nd oldest in Spain. We 1st visited this bodega with Inma from Bacus Travel and reviewed that visit here.

The last of the three is Bodega Toro Albalá in Aguilar de la Frontera which we 1st visited in May 2016. Our review of that visit can be found here.
