This wine is made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, has an ABV of 12.5%, and was made in collaboration with Perez Barquero in Montilla.
Nose: Applewood, water melon , hint of wood
Palate: Wood, lemon zest, slight salinity, oregano and lavender tones with a woody finish.
Another fabulous example of a vino joven that highlights the versatility of the Pedro Ximénez grape. Well worth seeking out.
