Bodegas Cruz Conde Fino Moriles Tercia

This review is from a bodega located in Montilla, Bodegas Cruz Conde and is of their Fino Moriles Tercia.

The official notes on this wine state that it is a natural Fino wine made from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes with an ABV of 15%.

Official Tasting Notes

Obtained from the controlled fermentation of the musts from the best vineyards of the Denomination of Origin Montilla-Moriles, it is produced by biological aging for 3 years under a layer of yeast (flor) in a Solera and Criadera system made from American oak botas or barrels.

It is a typical Fino wine produced and aged according to the traditional style of the generous Fino wines from the Montilla-Moriles DO.

Colour: Pale yellow colour,

Nose: Intense and delicate aroma to dry fruits especially almond.

Mouth: Fragrant, dry and light on palate.

Food Pairing: Its versatility makes it the ideal pairing fo finor a huge range of typical dishes from Mediterranean gastronomy.

Our notes: On the nose we get hints of green apples, hazelnuts and lemon. The palate delivers what the nose promises lemon, green apples, a subtle yeasty note and some wood influences. Another refreshing delicious fino.
