November 2017 saw us review a very special Fino from Lagar Los Raigones, the first release of the Fino Lagar del Cerro, which can be found here.
We arranged to collect the second release of the November 2017 saca when we visited Montilla in January this year.
When we arrived at the lagar we were treated to an impromptu tour of the Lagar by José Antonio Jiménez Gómez, their commercial director.
We will share our visit notes soon but of note we also saw the cask that the Fino Lagar del Cerro is taken from.
